The availability calendar on the homepage and on the "Host Table" page collects, when you make a request: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, requested stay dates, and the content of your message.
This data is used solely to process your booking or enquiry and to reply to you. It is never sold, transferred, or used for third-party commercial purposes.
Every page of this website embeds a Google Maps location map. When it loads, your browser sends certain technical data (including your IP address) to Google, independently of us. This is governed by Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
The availability calendar relies on the Google Calendar API, in read-only mode: it only displays dates already booked by Marc & Fred, without sending any data about you to Google.
The request form linked to the calendar uses the Web3Forms service (Web3Forms LLC, United States) to send your request by email to Marc & Fred. Web3Forms acts solely as a technical delivery provider: it relays the message and does not use it for any other purpose. Its privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to process your request, then archived or deleted according to the requirements of the commercial relationship (booking follow-up, accounting).
